We are looking to expand our team by hiring a motivated, professional, and results-driven sales team member to help drive growth and build relationships with potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition: Actively hunt for new clients online through social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram, to generate leads.
- Social Media Management: Manage and maintain professional social media profiles, ensuring consistent engagement with potential and current clients.
- Appointment Scheduling: Book meetings and calls with prospective clients, ensuring proper follow-up and confirmation of appointments.
- Client Communication: Engage clients in professional conversations in English to assess their needs and introduce the company’s offerings.
- Sales Reporting: Keep accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
Requirements:
- English Expertise: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with social media platforms, scheduling tools, and CRM systems.
- Results-Oriented: A strong focus on achieving sales targets and building client relationships.
- Organized and Self-Motivated: Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
- Team Player: Collaborative and eager to contribute to the success of the team.
Compensation:
- Base Salary: UPTO BDT 15,000 per month + Commission
Location: 60 feet, Barek Molla Road, Mirpur 2
Duty Time:
- 6 days a week, full-time (8 AM – 5 PM)
